How To Use the Mobile App

1. Download the app on your google play or Apple App Store called "PetExec”.

2. Log in with the same credentials you used on the portal when you signed the dogs up/set up your account.

If you need your username and email address, please email info@coolwag.com so we can send it to you. Please don’t sign up for a duplicate account!  Thank You.

You can click this link for a series of videos on how to use the mobile app. But keep in mind:

1. “Grooming” is baths/nails only. If interested in haircut or spa services use Crystal sPAWs website to book.

2. Group training and pool/yard rental is not available through this app. Use our Training booking tool for that!
